Freedom Survey

What Now?

If this booklet has caused you to think, or has stirred a desire to do something to secure freedom, then you must ask yourself: “What will I do with this information?” Here are some things to consider:

What Is Worse than Not Voting?
We must vote for good government. But if you stop and think about it, voting without the correct information can actually be worse than not voting at all. Imagine a hypothetical situation where two candidates are in a close race. The good candidate has 101 votes and the bad candidate has 100 votes. Then the last two voters of the day are a married couple who love freedom but didn’t take the time to get informed on where the candidates stood. So, they voted for the bad candidate because he ran a TV ad talking about helping the children. Final vote: Bad candidate 102; Good candidate 101.

This kind of thing actually happens, but on a much larger scale. There are plenty of good folks who truly care about our nation and our freedom, but because they were uninformed, they have voted in a way that they were later sorry for. Therefore, be an informed voter.

Continue to Be Informed
The information in this book is a start, but we all must stay informed, especially when it comes to the positions of the political parties and the individual candidates. There are several sources of information that help keep citizens abreast of current events and how these events relate to freedom. See our website for more sources of educational material.

Help Spread the Power to Be Free
Please consider helping the Knowledge Is Power Project. There are several ways you can do this. Here are two:
    •    Be a Knowledge Is Power Project volunteer in your community.
    •    Purchase more copies of this book to give to your friends.
